Terms of Service & Referral Disclosures

1. Independent Referral Dispatch Service
RoofExpertUSA Austin operates strictly as an independent referral coordination service. We are not a licensed roofing contractor or general contractor in the state of Texas. We do not personally employ roofing crews, own physical installation equipment, or execute manual roofing repairs.
2. Independent Contractor Relationship
All roofing contractors to whom inquiries are routed operate as separate, independent business entities. Each independent contractor maintains their own business licenses, commercial general liability insurance, worker's compensation coverage, pricing schedules, warranty terms, and contractual agreements.
3. Consumer Verification Responsibility
Property owners are solely responsible for verifying the licensing, insurance coverage, qualifications, and written estimates of any independent contractor referred through this platform prior to entering into any verbal or written agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
RoofExpertUSA assumes no liability for the acts, omissions, work quality, property damage, pricing disputes, or warranties provided by any independent service provider referred to you. All claims or disputes must be resolved directly with the assigned independent contractor.
